We offer worldwide 7 days standard shipping through DHL and/or UPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes worldwide.

We process orders from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days within 48 hours, excluding local holidays: 1st January, 6th January, 10th April, 1st May, 3rd May, 8th June, 15th August, 1st November, 11th November, 25th December, 26th December.
If an order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or local holiday we will process it on the first business day following the bank holiday.
When paying online via DotPay or PayPal, the order is transferred for execution after receiving confirmation of the payment to the account of the online store.The website runs through a secure SSL connection. All credit card payments are handled by DotPay or PayPal and we have no access to your credit card data.
Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. TOVA cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of TOVA.
For orders above 2500 USD shipped to the United States a formal customs clearance is required. DHL/UPS may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.
If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
