RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return your order for any reason within 14 days of its receipt.
If you would like to return a product, please follow the instructions below:

ORDERS IN THE EU

Please notify us on sklep@tova.pl providing your order’s number. Download the Return Form fill it out, and place it in the box. Seal the box and send it to the following address:

POLAND

Make sure the products are in their original condition: unused, clean and odorless, and retain the original tags.

An reimbursement will be sent to you within a maximum of 14 days of the receipt of the Goods by the Shop, and it will be credited with the same payment method you chose for your purchase.

Please note: TOVA does not cover the cost of returning the products.

FROM OUTSIDE THE EU

Please notify us on sklep@tova.pl providing your order’s number. Place the products back in the box, with the original tags included. Download the Return Form , fill it out, and place it in the box. Fill out the customs form: use the same currency and value as on the order invoice, make sure to mark the shipment as a return, and attach the form to the box.

Seal the box and send it to the following address:
