Reglan sleeve provides freedom, finished with an elastic band, neckline broken out. All unbuttoned, it has pockets in the side seams. Bottom with two delicately crinkled ruffles. Has a belt to tie at the waist.

Measure the circumference at the height of your waist, i.e. between the most protruding point of the hip bone and the lowest rib.
Hips
Measure the circumference of the hips at the widest point at the height of the buttocks.
